The person working the check-in kept me informed as to what was going on with my car. My car was looked at within minutes of my arrival. He even explained it to my boyfriend. I would definitely recommend Firestone in Racine and all of the other locations. I went to FS on 124th and Burliegh. Same outcome. Very knowledgeable. It could use a few more chairs for the waiting area. Small chairs, small area.

Really good experience here! The guys were super friendly and able to fit me in on a tight timeline. They were also the only firestone/tires plus that was able to get the alignment straight on my infiniti after probably 4 different go arounds. Will absolutely be back.

Terrible service at another Firestone dealership. Went to get another tire balance and alignment check. My car is all over the road. No one wanted to take it on a road test to confirm my issues. This place messed up my rim! And didn’t want to take accountability and admit mistakes. Said it’s cosmetic and the machine was the issue. I now have a vibration. It just keeps getting better. Idiots that don’t know how to handle situations, problems.

I brought my car in to get the headlights replaced and a series of unfortunate events took place during and after. I felt so bad bringing my car back in because I felt they had gone above and beyond to get the service done in the first place, but that type of customer service continued throughout the fixes. Dandy explained to me exactly what went wrong, told me he appreciated me bringing to their attention, and made sure everything was righted. I would highly recommend this location and if I’m in the area again and in need, I would 100% return for future service.

I had a flat tire while driving back to Wisconsin from Illinois. I took my vehicle to the Firestone in Deerfield, IL for tire replacement. The tire was not installed properly at that location (tire was put on backwards and was leaking air at the rim) and went flat before I made it back home. I put more air in the tire and drove the rest of the way home, then called the Firestone in Racine first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have the tire re-installed. I also noticed that another tire had a bulge in it, and decided to replace that one as well. I arrived at the Racine Firestone for my appointment at 12pm, expecting to be done by 1pm to get back to work. Unfortunately, service took until 2:30pm, causing me to be VERY late getting back to work. I was not happy with the quality from the Deerfield location or the speed from the Racine location. Although my interactions with employees at both locations were pleasant, customers expect good quality and fast service at a reasonable price. I did not receive that from Firestone. Next time I will go somewhere else. UPDATE: Two weeks later, I found that one of the tires was leaking at the base of the valve stem, so I h
